*Ida Bell Wells-Barnett (1862-1931) was an African-American journalist, newspaper editor and, with her husband, newspaper owner Ferdinand L. Barnett, an early leader in the civil rights movement.
A paper image is affixed and finished to steel with a product that creates an oil painting like look and texture and renders the image UV protected and water resistant.
