Virgen de la Altagracia/ Virgin of the Highest Grace. Nuestra Señora de la Altagracia, Patrona de La República Dominicana. The country's official patron saint and Queen Protector of the heart of Dominicans.

I affix and finish a lovely, historic, paper image to a piece of lightweight, comfortable but sturdy, jewelry-weight tin, with a process that creates an oil painting like look and texture. Next, I copper leaf the edges and add copper colored jump rings (lead and nickel free).

The image measure 1 1/4 inch wide by 1 3/4 inches long.
